Ban Smartphones at LCPS

New school year has just started; we are to see the silent bus stops - school kids each with smartphones not talking to each other, no interaction at all.


I don't think Virginia governor Youngkin's policy of no smartphone "from bell to bell" has gone enough. Let's ban smartphones at all LCPS!
