Hire STEM teachers from abroad

STEM teacher shortage is a constant issue. It's even more challenging for ESL Spanish speaking students.

Some districts have found it beneficial to hire Filipino math and science teachers in public schools. I’d like to explore whether Loudoun County should consider doing the same. Namely hire Spanish-speaking mathematics and science teachers into LCPS.
