I was given this book when starting at KLA Instruments (Now the 2nd largest semiconductor equipment company in the world).
Yes, one needs to have a solid STEM background to work in the semiconductor industry.
Are our k-12 schools producing enough students for the challenge to work in the semiconductor industry? Clearly not. Let’s work on it!
